For parents who require greater flexibility in drop-off and pick-up times around the school day, we offer Apple Pips wrap around care, providing a fun, relaxed environment for pupils.
Apple Pips is managed by the school and run on-site by our own experienced Early Years practitioners. Activities include crafts, games, and role play. Provision to complete homework is available to pupils joining Apple Pips from the Upper Junior school. Please see the Apple Pips Booklet below for more details.
Before School Care
Apple Pips before school care is available from 07:45 - 08:20am, Monday to Friday and is charged at a rate of £6.00 per session.
After School Care
Apple Pips After School Care is available:
- 3:15-6:00pm, Monday to Thursday
3:15-4:30pm on Fridays
Provision on Monday to Thursday is organised in 3 sessions to offer greater flexibility, and is bookable in advance.

Sisters' Waiting
Our Sisters' Waiting facility will operate each afternoon to ensure pupils from the same family can be collected at the same time.
This is free of charge and is available Monday to Friday, for girls in the Lower Junior School (Reception to Year 2), who wait for their sisters in the Upper Junior School to finish school at 15:30pm.
How to Book
Once you have reviewed the booklet, booking requests can be made via the online forms linked below, which will be open for booking from 16:00pm on Friday 21 June to 19:00pm on Monday 24 June. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any requests made after this point.
Places are limited and bookable termly, in advance, on a first-come-first-served basis. A waiting list will be operated for requests received thereafter.
Please consider carefully your Wrap Around care requirements before making a booking with Apple Pips and only request all sessions if you need them. Charges will apply for places requested that are subsequently cancelled at the beginning of term.
