For parents who require greater flexibility in drop-off and pick-up times around the school day, we offer Apple Pips wrap around care, providing a fun, relaxed environment for pupils.
Apple Pips is managed by the school, and run on site by our own experienced Teaching Assistants. Activities include crafts, games and role play. Provision to complete homework is available to pupils joining Apple Pips from the Upper Junior school.
Before School Care
Apple Pips before school care is available from 07:45 - 08:20am, Monday to Friday and is charged at a rate of £6.00 per session.
After School Care
After school care is available from 15.30-18:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 15:30pm-16:30pm on Fridays and is charged at a rate of £9.00 per hour or part thereof.
Sisters' Waiting
Our Sisters' Waiting facility will operate each morning and afternoon to ensure pupils from the same family can be collected at the same time.
This is free of charge and is available Monday to Friday, for girls in the Lower Junior School (Reception to Year 2), who wait for their sisters to finish school at 15:30pm.
How to book
Booking for the Autumn 2024 term will be available from mid-May; details will be sent to parents in due course.
Places are limited and bookable in advance on a first-come-first-served basis, in the order of date received. A waiting list will be operated for requests received thereafter.
Please consider carefully your Wrap Around care requirements before making a booking with Apple Pips and only request all sessions if you need them. Charges will apply for places requested that are subsequently cancelled at the beginning of term.
