Please make sure that all of the Pre-admissions forms been completed and submitted online. You can access this via your dashboard on your daughters profile on the admissions portal (which you used to make her application) by the deadline of Friday 24 May 2024.
- GDST Pupil Health Assessment (including information on any allergies and intolerances)
- New Pupil Additional Contact Details
- Parent permissions and consents and communication preferences
- Ethnicity, nationality and language information
