We are delighted to confirm that Kiana and Rochelle O (Yr. 10) attended Wycombe Abbey on Saturday to represent WHS in the U16 National Schools Tournament. The amazing news is that they came 2nd! What a fantastic achievement.

Their very first match was against St Edward’s, and they won 6-0. Their second match was against Sevenoaks School, which they lost 6-3.

Due to the girls scoring so highly in their group they progressed into the knockout stages where they played Sevenoaks School once more and won 7-6 with a tiebreak of 7-3!

In the semifinal match they played Wycombe Abbey and won 7-5. Which meant they progressed into the finals match against a very strong Queenswood School. Sadly, the result didn't go our way but the girls and WHS were runners up in the U16 national girls school tennis tournament.

What an amazing achievement, congratulations Kiana and Rochelle and thank you for representing WHS with such an impressive performance.
