We arrived at LEH on a sunny afternoon in prospect of playing a T20 however, we were only able to play 9 overs a side due to time restrictions. We bowled first with most of our bowlers’ gaining wickets but especially Jessica M who got 2 wickets in her over. After 9 overs of brilliant bowling, LEH were left 50-5 meaning we needed to secure 51 runs in our 9 overs. Alicia A and Jessica D opened the batting, we were off to a slow start due to a few wides and no-balls bowled by the opposition. However, in no time our openers were playing stunning shots and runs came quickly. We ended the game in 8 overs after reaching our target.

All in all, a great result however we will look to work on our fielding for our next match.
