It is the school's policy to ensure all pupils in their care have access to quality medical support and are provided for according to their needs
The protocols & guidance within this policy have been developed to support the nursing team as well as the staff to ensure that all students may have full access to education including school trips and PE.
We currently have one full-time and one part-time nurse covering the whole school Monday to Friday, term time.
Role of the Nurse
- The Nurse/s will work with parents and in partnership with other agencies inc. GP's, Social work, other health care professionals as appropriate to ensure the holistic care of the students
