Please see below the report from Layla regarding her recent participation in the British Championships:

I competed in the British Championships in Liverpool last weekend in the Aspire category. This was my first time competing at this prestigious national gymnastics competition and I was competing with the best gymnasts of Great Britain!

My highlights included placing 14th All Around overall in the whole of UK! Although actually my score was joint 12th with two other gymnasts but the tie had to be broken. I also came 7th in uneven bars in the UK. I had one of the highest scores and placings for a 2013 born gymnasts (youngest age eligible for the British Championships).

It was such an amazing experience competing at such a large venue and audience!
