We are delighted to confirm that Maya recently competed at the at the Gloucestershire open squash event.

Maya played in the U15 age group, rather than U13, and made it to the semi final,  losing to the player who is the England U15 no.2 seed.

Throughout the tournament Maya beat both the England U15 no.6 and no.7 seeds, to progress, and  had never beaten these players before, so what an amazing achievement.

Next come the English Junior Championships in early February, good luck Maya we cannot wait to hear how you do.
