U15B match

13-8 to Wimbledon

POM: Katherine Thomas

In the first quarter, we started off strong, making good interceptions and passing around and into the circle, however we were rushing a bit, causing some turn overs in our centre passes.

In the second quarter we managed to slow down our play which led to accurate passes and getting the ball into the D a lot. in the third quarter we began to rush more and LEH scored more goals than us in the quarter, there were a few dropped balls however we came back and in the last quarter we took on all our feedback and it was shown by the many interceptions and turn overs of LEH’s centre passes.

The final score was 13-8 to us, overall, we played really well as a team and took on all our feedback.

U15A match

Final score: 16-10 to WHS

POM: Amelie Hammond

The team played an incredible match with the score ending up at a well-deserved 16-10 win to us!

We conquered the challenge of many people playing out of position as we were missing several of our starting seven for the majority of the match. Over the course of the game, we stopped trying to throw the loopy balls over the opposition into the D as well as slowing and calming down our play which therefore meant we could keep possession for longer and score more goals.

Great overall performance in such cold weather!
