We won the toss and elected to bat first. Alicia opened and then went on to get 99 runs, scoring a load of fours and a few sixes, against Emanuel’s very good bowling and tight fielding! We then we able to bat out the rest of the overs without much worry, getting 171 after 20 overs. The bowling was very consistent and all performed well in fielding. The Emanuel team then went to a scoring spree but with some fantastic keeping, fielding, and bowling performances we managed to secure a win. Well done to Alicia who got player of the match for both her bowling and batting! This was a very tough match and was only possible with great performances from everyone, well done!
