U12A Netball at the Surrey Netball Finals day

After all our matches, we had won all of them except one. With all our hard work we had got into the semi-finals.

We were against Putney; a school we have never beaten before. We could do this, even if we didn’t win, we had still gotten through to the semi-finals. We had warmed up and we were having a team talk as we looked around; I could see the year 8s and year 9s in the fence cheering wildly like lions roaring to get their food. I could feel everyone’s nerve building up, but I knew that was going to take advantage from us playing amazingly.

Wehorr 2025

WeHorr 2025 (Womens head of the river race) Is one of the biggest events in the world for women's rowing with over 320 eights competing! We had two eights racing down the WeHorr track this year. It is a long head race (4 ¼ miles or 6.8Km) with changing conditions of stream, wind and the sun! Our girls raced hard, both boats over taking a few crews in their runs. First eight coming in 16th, second eight coming in 21st in the junior category.

Awesome racing for our crews and so incredible to see so many strong women racing on international women’s day!

Mia P (Yr 13) Rowing GB trials

We are delighted to confirm that Mia has been invited to the spring assessments, the next step in the GB trials process!

This will be a four day camp of racing with the top rowers in the country!

Congratulations Mia, what an achievement!  We are all cheering you on.

Imi CS (Yr 10) England Hockey match

We reported earlier in the year that Imi was invited to play in the U16 England Squad.

In the recent test against Ireland, Imi played in all three matches, in defence, and helped the team to three victories.
