Congratulations to Maya in Y9, who recently competed in the Surrey County Squash Championships and won 1st place in the girls' U15 and 2nd place in the girls' U17!

Fantastic news - well done Maya!

Emmeline (Y8) Swimming Success

We are delighted to share further swimming success news from Emmeline in Y8.

On the back of becoming the 2025 Scottish National Open Water Champion in June,  Emmeline had a wonderful time in Aberdeen in July at Summer Nationals winning two further National Medals (Silver for 200 Backstroke, and Bronze for 100 Backstroke, with a personal best time), competing in the joint 12-13 category. Emmeline also achieved a personal best in the Final of the 200m Freestyle.

To place in the top three in two major events — and consistently rank as the top 12 year old across multiple races — is a remarkable achievement at a national level. This now makes a total of four National medals for Emmeline for the Season.

Amelie (Y9) Tennis Update

Congratulations to Amelie in Y9, who won the Rodham Cup at RP LTA at the weekend.

Amelie and her partner also came runners-up in the doubles.

This is a fantastic achievement. Well done!

ISFA Football Final in Nottingham

We were delighted that our U13 Football team qualified for the National Independent Schools Football Final at St George's Park, here is a report from Alva.

On the 18th of June, the under 13 football team took off to Nottingham where we were going to play the ISFA national finals in a super exciting tournament.

We went on the Wednesday and stayed overnight at an amazing house near where we were playing the next day. The drive up took around 3 and half hours which was quite a long time, but it was so fun! On the day of the tournament everyone was quite nervous as we all knew that all the teams had a high standard as we had to qualify and it was different teams all over the country.
